This year has been the year of twenty first birthday celebrations. Most of my weekends are spent celebrating with the people I love. I enjoy every party, but there is something about twenty firsts that I particularly love. The speeches are always funny and tear jerking, and I am never one to shy away from saying a few words myself. I love how the attention is focused on the one special birthday girl or boy, and everyone is there to celebrate their 21 years of life. I love that more often than not they, and all other guests manage to make drunken fools of themselves. And of course, I love cake! Here is to all the people I love, who's twenty-firsts have been the craziest, messiest nights this year!
