The Good Life

Melbourne is good for many things; the shopping, the culture, the food, and of late...instigating the winter blues. Do not get me wrong, I adore an open fire, enjoying a hearty meal with friends, the atmosphere of a cold night and live entertainment, and the diversity of winter fashion. However, there are some days when the weather simply gets the better of me. To get me through the cooler months I choose to delve into a good read, indulge when dining out, and always remember that this life is pretty amazing!

A beautifully written truth.

Fondue with friends.

Enjoying a wood fire pizza along Southbank on a rainy Sunday.

Gorgeous winter look.

Can't get enough of the Weeknd. So unique and seductive!

A book to boost your spirits and change your attitude, thank you Louise Hay!

Sugar and Spice

I am admittedly a hopeless romantic, and a lover of all things lace, feminine and frilly. Although I often reach for comfort in my everyday wardrobe, for a night out on the town I always opt for a girly garment! There is no Elie Saab gown that doesn't catch my eye, and no quote from the notebook that I don't adore.

A lace set of lingerie can lift any dull day.

Perfection!

Romantic ruffles, Jen Hawkins does no wrong!

Oh Noah! Perfectly said.

Special guy. X

Big City Life

Following my first three weeks at fashion school comes the first glimpse into my life as a student, commuting from the 'country' to the city, and the adventures encountered along the way. This blog is dedicated to exposing the interests and lifestyle of an ordinary small town girl, who is driven for success in the competitive world of fashion.

My beautiful family home! Although I love the excitement and diversity of the busy city, nothing beats the serenity of a beautiful summer night in the bush.

If I didn't already know this, it became very clear on the first day of school. Well said Wilde!

Special People, couldn't live without them!
Love this quirky look! Olivia, you've done it again.
